The future headquarters of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Wakfs consists of five blocks representing the five pillars of Islam.

The interior and exterior layout, as well as the façade design, reinterpret elements of both Arab-Muslim architecture and Algerian heritage. Combining introspective architecture, building compactness, and abundant greenery in exterior spaces inspired by Andalusian gardens, the modern architectural work reflects the cultural richness of Islamic art.
