CNIC provided Owner’s Project Management Assistance (OPMA) for the modernization and expansion of the 5 July Stadium. The scope of work included:
Assistance in project planning and scheduling
Support in contract procurement and tendering processes
Assistance in the validation of design studies at all phases, ensuring compliance with FIFA standards, including transport, urban mobility, accessibility, and service roads
Project supervision, including site monitoring and budget tracking
Support in implementing and monitoring an environmental quality management system
Various technical expertise assignments
Digital and paper archiving of project documentation
