Construction of a Living Quarters Base in Adrar for Touat Gaz Group

CNIC’s scope of work involved verifying design studies and providing technical assistance for the construction works at the Touat living quarters base, located in southern Algeria (Oued-Zin), 70 km east of Adrar Province. The facility consists of twenty-six (26) blocks, including accommodations, a gymnasium, a restaurant, a common lounge, power stations, a wastewater treatment plant, and more.

CNIC was responsible for preparing all the written and graphical documentation for all trades, forming the execution dossier necessary to successfully carry out construction, supervision, and project handover.
