Within its role as OPMA, CNIC focused on the “Transport and Mobility” component of the new cities, highlighting to the Owner the importance of addressing this aspect. CNIC developed strategies to ensure public transport accessibility for residents across different neighborhoods and for ongoing activity hubs.
The work conducted by CNIC served as a foundation for transport planning and urban development, addressing environmental, urban, and social requirements. This work was integrated into the mobility plans for the new cities.
